These are the terms and conditions landlords accept when joining Propgate.

Overview

Our pricing model is designed to be simple, transparent, and scalable for landlords of all sizes. Every landlord pays a fixed monthly subscription and an additional fee for each active property listing.

Monthly Subscription

$25 USD per month (fixed)

This subscription includes:

• Full access to the property management dashboard
• Rent collection tools
• Maintenance request management
• Tenant communication
• Online contract signing
• Financial reports
• Unlimited tenant accounts

Listing Fees

Landlords pay a small fee for each active property listing.

Examples

• Landlord with 2 rental properties: Base subscription $25 + rental listings $5 + $5 = $35 USD per month
• Landlord with 3 properties (2 rent + 1 sale): Base subscription $25 + rental listings $5 + $5 + sale listing $3 = $38 USD per month

Optional Add-ons

• Featured listing boost: $5 per property
• Priority search placement: $10 per property
• Additional digital contract templates: $2 each

Notes

• Fees apply only to active listings.
• Landlords can activate or deactivate listings anytime.
• No commissions on rent or sale transactions.

Pricing Plan for Handymen & Maintenance Professionals

These are the terms and conditions handymen accept when joining Propgate.

$10 USD per month (fixed)

This subscription includes:

• A public profile listed in the Propgate handyman directory
• Visibility in profession, city and area search results
• Selection of multiple professions/specialties
• Job requests sent directly from landlords through the app
• Direct WhatsApp contact from landlords and tenants

No commission is taken on jobs completed between the handyman and the client — the $10/month fee covers directory listing and job-request access only.
